131 Ponce Apartments
Designed while at Davis Architects
131 Ponce is an urban infill development that houses 280 rental apartments over 2 stories of structured parking. The residents have great views of the growing Atlanta skyline and are within walking distance of restaurants, retail and the historic Fox Theater. One exciting aspect of this project was the great opportunity to incorporate a portion of the existing Gulf Oil Building designed by architect I. M. Pei. That portion can be seen on the facade of the leasing and amenities entrance.
