Studio SOGO

As a continuation of the Asbury Park redevelopment, Broadland engaged Studio SOGO to design 8 townhomes in Hapeville, GA. This developing region of greater Atlanta sits near the ATL Airport, Porsche and Delta Headquarters, providing a place of great opportunity. The 3-story building uses a mix of materials, including ample brick to complement the existing townhouses to the north. Two mirrored buildings of 4 units each face each other across a shared, European-style courtyard for residents. The units include 3 bedrooms, 3.5 baths and a 2-car garage.
