Madeleine Mason

Designer I, Sultana of Sandwiches

Madie grew up near Boise, Idaho, and yes, she loves potatoes. She moved to New York City for a year before college and fell in love with big cities and tall buildings. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management at Brigham Young University, after which she pursued a degree in architecture at the Georgia Tech School of Architecture. In 2024 she received her Master of Architecture and joined the team at Studio SOGO.

While at Georgia Tech, Madie was very involved with the School of Architecture’s ECO organization, which focuses on sustainable design and practices. She organized studio recycling programs, donated leftover studio supplies to local schools, and participated in various initiatives aimed at promoting environmental awareness on campus. Her dedication to sustainable practices led her to achieve certification as a LEED Green Associate. This certification demonstrates her ongoing commitment to reducing environmental impact and fostering a more sustainable future.

Outside of architecture, Madie loves trying out new recipes in her kitchen with Taylor Swift playing loudly, taking naps on her favorite chair (not at work), and hiking with her fluffy dog.
